Howell's Mercantile Chicken Dilly Salad

Perfect with crackers, between two slices of white bread, or right by itself! :)

Ingredients

  • 4 Cups cooked and cubed boneless skinless chicken breast 
  • ½ Cup cups mayo (we like Dukes)
  • 1 Cup chopped Howell’s Mercantile Spicy Sweet Dill Pickles
  • 1 tsp dried dill weed
  • 1 tsp dried minced onion
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. In a separate bowl, mix together mayo, pickles and dry ingredients.
  2. Pour mixture over chicken and fold very well.
  3. Refrigerate immediately and allow to chill approximately 5 hours before serving.
  4. Serve cold and enjoy on your favorite bread or crackers!
