- Made from fine white porcelain; lead and cadmium free; sturdy and durable; flat base for stability; measures 1.875 x 2 x 3.9375-inches
- Steam vents through the bird?s beak to keep pie filling from bubbling over; supports the top crust to keep it from collapsing inward
- Place bird at center of bottom crust, spoon in filling, add top crust with small hole so bird sticks out, pinch crust around bird to seal, and bake
- Allow to cool slightly before removing as Pie Bird will be hot; heat safe (to 600-degrees Fahrenheit) and dishwasher safe for easy cleanup
