Easy to prepare sweet cornbread! Makes a square baking, 12 muffins, or a large cast iron skillet.
Sweet Cornbread is always welcome on any table. We use fresh milled stone ground corn meal and wheat flour as key ingredients in this Sweet Cornbread Mix.
OLD SCHOOL BRAND™ SWEET CORNBREAD
1 bag Sweet Cornbread Mix
1 cup buttermilk or milk
2 eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
Preheat oven to 375°F. In a medium bowl, combine cornbread mix, milk, eggs, and oil. Stir to mix. Pour into well greased 9″x9″ pan or large skillet and place in oven. Bake 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown. Yield: 8-10 servings.

1 bag Sweet Cornbread Mix
1 cup buttermilk or milk
2 eggs
¼ cup vegetable oil
In a medium bowl, combine cornbread mix, milk, eggs, and oil. Stir to mix. Pour on preheated griddle, 1/3 cup at a time. Turn once when bubbles appear. Yield: 8-10 pancakes.
